This is the second knife in our household. I received a Santoku knife as a gift last year, and now I’ve purchased this boning knife for my husband, who handles most of the butchering tasks at home. The knives are of excellent quality and very comfortable to use. I also appreciate the attention to detail in the packaging and how it has improved this year—it feels like a truly special gift. I opted for the engraving as well, and it turned out nice and neat.
