Nice high quality scarf and good customer service
I bought this pink scarf for a special friend who will visit us for a short period of time before Christmas. I tracked it everyday to make sure she can get it when she comes. When I found it stuck on the way for a few days and no update, I became anxious. So I wrote to them. Paul at support team replied promptly. They even sent out another one to make sure I can get it before Christmas! I’m very appreciated. The scarf is very soft and smooth, packed in a nice bag in a pretty box. It’s a nice gift for friends and families!

Wonderful cashmere
Beautiful shade of pink; wonderfully soft; beautifully woven; loved by my partner who has some other cashmere that is not nearly as soft or feather light. Great job!
