Sizing guide inaccurate. Sandals too large to even use. Customer service will not respond via phone or email.

I love the shoes, but they do not last. The plastic tears on the top. I bought two pair - one in black and one in pebble - and they both did it. They don’t even fit snug on my feet to cause a tear. I only wear them around the house and not even on a regular basis so they aren’t getting abused . For the cost, they should not be tearing as quickly as they are.
