One ball of wool missing

This is wool is beautiful and lovely to work with. However I did have a missing ball of wool. I emailed you and had an instant reply. Two days later my wool arrived. I am extremely happy with the service

No complaints.Very soft,a pleasure to crochet with.Pleased with the results. Will be buying more.

Was happy with the wool until one of the balls became very thin and stringy, also had a knot where it had been joined and a section was very grey and dirty. I had to cut quite a lot off and redo my crochet. Not impressed.
