I'm really enjoying this rosin as a beginner - intermediate cellist. I'm finding it a bit less tacky than my Pirastro Cellisto rosin, and I feel I'm getting a smoother sound. I'm in a Southern state (cool climate) and haven't had any issues with this rosin on either warm days or really cold evenings.
