I was delighted with this pendant and cannot fault customer service. They noticed I had made an spelling mistake on my engravement request and emailed me straight away to check if I wanted it changed. Which I did. They were kind and courteous throughout the whole process. My order arrived quickly and the quality and weight of the pendant exceeded my expectations. The engraving looks lovely and the pendant was packaged beautifully even down to using scent. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and recommend them to all.
