love it
bottle can survive a toddler, the coffee cup is great at keeping drinks hot but has to be kept upright - it's not totally leakproof. the cutlery set is very useful for taking a child out and about.

Great bottle
I purchased this bottle just before the heatwave started, it’s been fantastic. Keeps my water ice cold, it is a good size and easy to use & carry to work and also fits in my car drink holder. It is hardwearing and the metal straw came with a brush. Purchased on sale so even better would definitely recommend

Damaged + bad refund process
It came damaged. On top of that, you need to pay the return if you are not happy with the product. I’ve done that and still waiting for the refund. I contacted the customer service and they just got back saying that it can take up to 30 days to process the refunds even that the product has arrived there
