I ordered replacement filters but they had been incorrect, even though I ordered it for the hand held I have...didn't realize there had been 2 types of replacements for mine. I reached out to customer service and the response time was fast and they hooked me up, just like that, with correct one, next day in the mail & educated me for in the future what to look for so I don't make the same mistake twice!! Thank you because I am lovin' my ESKIIN

Poor customer service

The replacement filter for the handle of shower does not fit. I sent multiple emails for advisement and/or a replacement and only ever received an auto template response directing me to help section of the website. I really liked the product but the abysmal customer support I have experienced has left me unable to change one of the filters. I’ll be moving on, eskiin obviously doesn’t need my business.

The parts do not fit my shower head.
