Not as adjustable as promised

I'd sent an email asking for size advice as i'm a 10F, it was suggested XL would provide the best coverage and that everything else was adjustable so I went with that. Coverage is good yes and it looks great but it's too big in the band, I can only make it slightly tighter but nowhere near tight enough to fit properly. I took the tag off already as I assumed it would fit well given I reached out for that advice. So I can't wear it and I cant return it.

Absolutely love this piece, I now have it in espresso and white! Along with half the rest of the espresso collection hehe Love all of the fine details, amazing quality and the golden clips. Can't wait to wear with the rest of the collection!
