Product is excellent and worth the wait! But I would recommend to communicate with your customers and respond to their inquiries if an item is on back order because I was literally a day away from calling my CC company and canceling my payment. Your website says shipping in 2 days, mine was over a month. Other than that love your product!

I’m in love with this infuser. The holes are so dang tiny it’s impossible for the loose leaf to come through and I love that it stands up on its own. Big fan of the floral design too!
