The product quality is great but shipping took over a month and the communication is lacking. Had these things been better a 5 would have been given but I’m being generous with the 4 as frustrating as the process was. Obviously they don’t make their own products because they are shipped in in batches and if you are not high enough on the list you are not getting your product until the next shipment.

Worth the wait!
This took months to arrive but the quality is superb. The exterior finish feels beautiful. I want to purchase 10 more to give as gifts but funds are a bit tight at the moment.

Okay, this was worth the three month wait. It's delightful. The straw is a little hard to use and it the tumbler doesn't keep ice water cold as long as some of my other tumblers, but the design makes up for it all. I bought one as a 70th birthday gift and one to keep. No regrets.
