EarthLite AVILA II Portable Massage Chair Package

Quality not as good as previous chair

I had an Avila II a few years ago. I loved it. It was comfortable and all the adjustments glided easily. The chair I just bought does not seem to be as comfortable and the adjustments, especially the chest piece, does not easily glide up and down when trying to change the height for each client. It sticks and makes it difficult to find the right height. Quality seems to have decreased with this brand of chair.

Compared to the same model I purchased 12 or 13 years ago this is more cumbersome to pack and unpack because you have to take some things apart. However it seems to be built more sturdily. Especially locks for the adjustments. I needed a new one now because the locks on the old one were slipping and not terribly secure anymore. It also seems heavier then my old one. Love the larger wheels- that's a plus. Overall I think this will serve me very well for years to come

we record our massage chair in perfect the & condition. your team did a wonderful job of communication. the chair is 1st class!! it is very attractive…and is now part of our decor in our bedroom.
