Gorgeous and feels sturdy

Love the look of this bag, and the canvas feels very heavy and durable. The size is near perfect and the design is very clean. I’ve taken this on a couple of weekend trips and found it to work well as a 48hr bag, as long as I don’t bring an excess of toiletries or extra shoes. It also works great as my work bag because I can carry both of my laptops, iPad, headphones, lunch, and miscellanea with room to spare. Giving four stars because there are a few things I’d like at this price point- namely, and in ascending order, an AirTag pocket, a metal zipper (vs the coil zipper), more leather accents.

My husband was so happy to receive his bag for his birthday. He doesn’t ask for much, but when he does he asks for things that are of quality and lasts forever. So when he sent me this on his wishlist, it was an automatic purchase. The customer service made the shopping experience personalized and that true care went into the product and overall packaging. I was on the endless search for the perfect “Personal Item Sized Duffel” for travel and I think I finally found “THE ONE”! The look from the waxed canvas is absolutely gorgeous. All the pockets and organizational details - including the quick access magnetic hidden back pocket (which will be so useful when you need to temporarily put the phone and ID somewhere while going through the security) - are all felt “just right”. Initially, I received a defect item. But when I sent an email to notify, I got the response back IMMEDIATELY and they shipped the replacement without waiting for the defect item return to arrive to their warehouse! (*Many companies that I dealt in the past waited until the return item actually get to them first before even making the replacement process) Thanks to living close to their facility, between the day I received the defect item and the day I received the replacement literally took JUST TWO DAYS! Absolutely incredible customer service. This was my first time ordering product from Waterfield Designs, but it definitely won’t be the last!! Already thinking of ordering their messenger bag… 100% satisfied customer right here!
