I am so thankful that you offer a helpful product for arthritic issues. I am unable to press the body sprays or deodorant with the way that they have the new nozzle on top. It just is very difficult to get an angle to spray it. With this product it adjust to what you need and it works every time. Thanks again for having a product that actually helps a bit of a handicap person.. Paulette
