Very soft...smells fresh....bouncy....but not a 20"....maybe 16"-18". Doesnt sit on shoulder as picture shows. Its nice! Its definitely thick. And natural looking....

The wig I received does not resemble the product pictured on your website. Based on the photos, I expected a much longer style, but the wig I received falls only to my neck or just barely to my shoulders. It is significantly shorter than advertised and does not match my expectations. I am also extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. I have sent four emails and have repeatedly called the 818 phone number listed on your website, yet I have received no response whatsoever. I find it difficult to reconcile my experience with the overwhelmingly positive customer service reviews I read before making my purchase. If the customer service is truly as exceptional as many reviews claim, I should not be struggling to get a response through any of the contact methods your company provides. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.
