Horses & Horseshoes Button Up

This horse’s & horseshoes is great (runs slightly smaller than the light pink fringe), but this experience left me hesitant to order again. I received another customer’s order, reported it immediately, and returned it promptly. While the issue was eventually resolved, the initial response felt dismissive, communication was slow, and I never received an apology for the inconvenience. I simply didn’t leave feeling like a valued customer, and that’s something that matters.

As always I love everything I order from you! This blouse is beautiful and I can’t wait to wear it!
