Overall a great intake kit. My truck doesn’t have an egr valve so I had to reuse the plates from the stock elbow which didn’t match the color but I can paint them to match the black monster ram. Instructions were good and I was able to do the install myself. I will say getting the fuel lines and fuel rail off and put back on wasn’t fun, since I had to lay across the engine to reach the back.

It arrived quicker than advertised. Always great service from Diesel Power Products. The installation video was very helpful. I’m not very mechanical so it took me a while to install it. The installation went easier than I expected after first looking at the instructions. Haven’t driven far since the install but seems to run more smooth and glad I don’t have to worry about the grid heater bolt breaking off.
