Creality K2 Plus 3D Printer

The print quality isn’t anywhere near what I expected with how much this machine was hyped up. I should have just bought another Bambu printer. Honestly if I didn’t have to pay for return shipping it would have returned it.

Missing parts, slow service.

Over all the printer works well. I'm glad i opted to buy the second build plate. That being said when i received the printer it was missing the build plate so i was unable to use this expensive device right out of the box. It has been 2 weeks of communication with after sales support and still don't have a replacement in the mail. I cant fault the printer but i am unhappy with the way this issue is being handled.
