WOAH THIS IS INSANELY THIN AND SO NICE FOR GRIPPING MY PHONE! Thankful and grateful to be able to prolong my phones battery life while on the go!

This is a GREAT COMPANY! HIGHLY recommend
This company was brought to my attention because of their Ultra slim battery packs. Saw them on YouTube, and they are not as prominent as others. I did some research and discovered they are Aussie and very highly rated. I am in America and ordered this one, and the pink slimmer model for my wife's phone without the kickstand. They work very well, and charge up pretty quickly. The kickstand I haven't used much, but it does the job by propping up phone with minimal tip-over. They do get warm, but that's to be expected. No battery pack can do what the excellent Apple Battery Pack can do (hopefully they come back, or this company can figure out this trickle-charge tech!).
The thing that stood out to me about this product was not the product itself (yet), but their extraordinary customer service. I had questions about my delivery, they had IMMEDIATE response and answers. From a REAL PERSON/PEOPLE. This goes a very long way with me and our family, and I will definitely be using them again. They do send me emails about promos and such, and I do look at them. I am hopeful that they can improve their technology to decrease the heat provided by charging that others like Apple have perfected (at least they did, once).
I am very confident that this company will provide good products and excellent service, for those in need of a VERY slim charging solution for their devices.
Note to SNAP: The list in the devices used for review feedback (below as I am typing) are very outdated. I use an iPhone 16 ProMax, and my wife uses an iPhone 14 ProMax.
