We have had our Lifevibe massage chair for about two weeks and we love it. I hesitated to buy this chair from a company that does not have a track record because they are so new. However, they exceeded my expectations. We received the chair about two weeks after we ordered it and had no issues with bringing it into our apartment and setting it up. Keep in mind, unless you make special arrangements, the chair will be delivered curbside to your house or apartment, and you will be required to get it into your place and set it up. We were prepared with a flatbed cart and it was super easy to set it up once it was in our place. We use it every day and it has been wonderful. Why did we decide to get this chair over other chairs? It was because of the sonic wave technology. We appreciate the deep massage that sonic wave action provides. Please know this chair also has rollers, and will provide as good a massage as chairs costing four times as much as this one. We can’t discuss long-term dependability but if it holds up over time, we will consider this an amazingly good buy. And, we were able to get a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from our physician which will allow us to write off the cost of our chair on our taxes. I consider this to be a win-win situation.

What an amazing piece of tech. I do have high standards and also very picky… However, this chair has surpassed every expectation possible. From building quality, to sturdiness, is 10 across the board. Worth every penny.
