Standard S3 Pergola

Beautiful and well engineered

We purchased the 10’ X 13’ free standing pergola for our recently upgraded deck. Delivery took a little patience, but no issues with the delivered product. I assembled it myself and simple easy to follow instructions made it easy. Looks great and functions perfectly. Great product and I would recommend it to anyone.

Pergola is great so far. Was able to set up in just six hours. Reason for only four stars is that they went on sale before mine was delivered. Called to get lower price and they said no.

LOVE my pergola

I got the Standard S3 with two fixed glass walls and two sliding door walls so I can enjoy my backyard during windy and cold days. I now have a sunroom that I love. It's also good on warm days with the louvers providing shade and the open doors allowing a breeze. We put up some clear decals on the glass walls so birds won't fly into it. Also we leave the louvers open so bees can find their way out. We used the recommended install company, and two young men set it up in a little over 8 hours over two days (and in light rain!). Install was expensive, but the pros made it seamless, and I like having their warranty. (I didn't pay for removal of pergola packing trash since I could recycle the cardboard and my city will do a large pickup of the pallets.) My only disappointment in the whole process was with the delivery company: the guys didn't have the correct equipment to offload the glass panels and struggled with a handcart that wouldn't go over my gravel driveway. But their communication and scheduling was good. One note for Pergolux: the first Pergolux representative I spoke with when I was shopping for the pergola was NOT helpful (he was patronizing and didn't answer my questions clearly), but the representative who took my order a few weeks later was excellent. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my beautiful pergola!
