Driver's License Twisted Tank

I'm 5'3" 125#. Small-medium top depending on bust. I ordered a large because I wanted it to be slightly baggy and hang nicely. This is TINY. I have an insanely short torso and it's SUPER cropped on me. So tight it's uncomfortable. I can wear youth girls XL/16 and this is smaller than those. I wish I had realized anything bought at a discount was a final sale because I'll never wear this.

I sent two emails because I was sent a large instead of a small and no one has contacted me back to correct it
