I'm sorry to say that I returned the hair serum as per buyers return guarantee. After using it for a few days, I am still experiencing hair loss, especially after washing my hair. Also, the serum feels heavier than what was indicated on the packaging. I was also disappointed with the packaging itself; given the high price, I expected it to look more luxurious.
