Quite stiff to open

The brolly is nice and compact but very difficult to open initially and I’m still finding it quite stiff to secure. I had to ring to find out what was wrong, (was going to send it back) and was helped by someone who said it was the way they are packed in China. It would be helpful to have this info on the website. It seems very sturdy for a small umbrella. The first time I used it someone commented on how nice it was.

Poor quality

Sorry to say this is a poor quality item. The frame and post are flimsy and the umbrella part is very plasticky. I was expecting more of a lined umbrella material. I’m sure the plastic will stop UV getting through but on looks and cheap feel I don’t recommend.
