Buyer beware. These items come from China so they take about two weeks to get to you. And that’s really not an issue. However, they run small. It states on the page for each product that there is a 60 day money back satisfaction guarantee. That is just a gimmick to get you to purchase with false comfort and knowing that if they don’t work for you, then you can get your money back. That is not the case however. I contacted Support a few days after I receive my package and realized that they were too small and I asked to exchange them for a larger size, well I was told that me needing a large larger size did not meet the return criteria. There is a separate parameter where you’re only allowed 14 days to return but only if it’s approved by the person you get whenever you reach out to their customer service. Absolutely terrible customer service, do not waste your money.

I wanted to love these bras but I really don’t. I find the straps too far off to the sides, making them uncomfortable on my shoulder blades. I find the material itchy. I should have paid more attention to the details as the ad makes the bra look like it has some shape in the breast area - it does not. They’re basically tube tops. I would definitely return them but u took the tags off them.

I emailed to return and was declined. Straps uncomfortable, no lining (models definitely have pads). Stuck with 6 bras I do not like and ride up to slip under-boob
