I originally received fewer soothers than I ordered, but after reaching out to Vital Baby, they were incredibly responsive and resolved the issue quickly. Not only did they send me the full set of soothers, but they also included an extra set of feeders which was part of my initial order as a thoughtful gesture. I’m really impressed with their customer service and how much they value their customers. The products are excellent quality, and the experience has left me very happy. Highly recommend both the items and the company!
