Dissapointing

One of the extensions came already opened and in poor quality. I wrote customer service form a while ago to inform of this issue but never heard back. I have never had this issue before in my long time of being a customer with this brand so it’s a disheartening that when an issue did occur, nothing ended up happening to try to resolve it

Works really well for thin hair

I bought the 20” clip in set in addition to this and they paired really well to give a nice layered effect

I just love these! Perfect colour and size.
