Add the clips
I love the look and feel of my new Spin sneakers, but I was really disappointed to discover that the clips are not included and must be purchased separately. For the price you pay, this feels like a cheap move. The clips are a necessary component — not an accessory. . and should come standard with every pair. I’d think twice before buying again until this is addressed.

Nice fit and I like the style. However the customer service team was wonderful to work with and took care of the order issue I had, the member I worked directly with was Kelsi, I appreciated her prompt response and resolution of the situation.
