Worst experience ever. As of writing this i have one of the most expensive dryer out there that is defective. I worked with your tech support for over a week to get this working i am now still waiting for parts. Im upset because i was told to take apart a new product and troubleshoot the problem. This is not a printer a new unit should of been sent out and me to return the bad one. Your tech support clearly didn't understand how this device breaks down because i had to prove to them that other parts had to be replaced due to me taking apart. Pads had to be removed to access screw now no longer usable. So im stuck with a unit that is worst now when it first arrived defective.

I dont know, im still waiting for the rest of my order with no answers

Great item I highly reccomend. It has brought a few rolls of filament back to life.
