I bought this in 2 colors. One in size small. One in size medium. The fit guide reminds us that the suits are looser when wet. I found that hanging out all day in the size small was uncomfortable, so when I bought a 2nd suit, I went up a size. the medium was not too loose in the water and it is more comfortable for all day wear. 5'5" probably 135-140lbs
