Silver White is my favorite garlic for braiding & I’ve been growing this variety for years! Large cloves, first to sprout, so easy to grow, & delicious.

Plants

Planted Silver White in Oct mostly plot some in pots. They are coming up. The Elephant garlic was planted also in Oct They have not come up. I don’t expect them until summer rung since they are planted much deeper than the Silvet White

2025 garlic is sprouting

Coming up strong. So far so good. all cloves sprouted. Squirrels love to dig them up. I go behind them and put them back in the dirt.
