Georgian Fire, early Red Italian and Music garlic
All grew very well this year. The Georgian Fire bulbs were generally the largest followed by the early Red Italian. The Music, unlike another reviewer, produced very small bulbs in the same areas as the others so not sure why that is. I'm in Southern Ohio, All taste excellent.
Torpedo and regular shallots coming in well too.

Garlic Gold at Territorial
As gardening garlic lovers, Territorial's local western Oregon experience with many types of garlic allows us to order what we'll love. After many years of growing lots of garlic varieties, our favorites are Georgian Fire and Bavarian Purple. Why, you might ask? FLAVOR BABY, FLAVOR. Because we are old people gardening, we want a healthy bulb sure to grow well, true to description. We have ordered from other growers, but Territorial bulbs are consistently better quality. Georgian and Bavarian have true garlic flavor with nice-sized bulbs, easy enough peeling, and good storage. I enjoy reading the catalog, then ordering my garlic. Garlic is fun to grow, harvest, and eat!

Best ever!
I have purchased Georgian Fire from numerous providers and the cloves I received from Territorial this year were by far the best. Hopefully, what I grow can match the quality of what I purchased.
