Garlic Gold at Territorial
As gardening garlic lovers, Territorial's local western Oregon experience with many types of garlic allows us to order what we'll love. After many years of growing lots of garlic varieties, our favorites are Georgian Fire and Bavarian Purple. Why, you might ask? FLAVOR BABY, FLAVOR. Because we are old people gardening, we want a healthy bulb sure to grow well, true to description. We have ordered from other growers, but Territorial bulbs are consistently better quality. Georgian and Bavarian have true garlic flavor with nice-sized bulbs, easy enough peeling, and good storage. I enjoy reading the catalog, then ordering my garlic. Garlic is fun to grow, harvest, and eat!

Best ever!
I have purchased Georgian Fire from numerous providers and the cloves I received from Territorial this year were by far the best. Hopefully, what I grow can match the quality of what I purchased.

Edible Fire
Georgian Fire Garlic. You can, quite literally, have it hot or cold. Eat it raw and you will find your mouth on fire. This sensation lasts the entire time you chew and just a bit longer after you swallow. And then, the burn begins to subside. Time for the next bite. If you want less heat, use the garlic in a cooked dish. This reduces the heat immensely. It does add a nice, non lethal dose, of garlic to your stew, soups and other cooked dishes.
