The Alpine 60L has the perfect balance between not too big and not too small. It also sits tight to the bike and doesn’t move. I like how literally and minimalistic it is, so simple yet so well thought out. If you’re on the edge buy it, so worth it.

Light, tough, and just the right amount of room

Just completed the ORBDR running the Alpine 60 system after a few years of running a Reckless 80. The Alpine 60 got the job done, and held up well to the abuse. The smaller capacity helped me avoid over packing. The combination of less gear and a lighter system made it easier to self recover after a couple of mishaps (I was sweeping our crew). The only feature I really missed from the Reckless 80 was the Beavertail. If you are in the market for a rackless system, don’t sleep on the Alpine 60!

Just what I needed with my Suzuki DR650

Just got back from a 1200+ mile camping trip with these bags and could not be more delighted. Mounted on my Suzuki rear rack, these bags did not budge the whole trip, including a little off-road shenanigans. The top bag was perfect for a two-quart canteen, face shield, and a couple of tools. I carried my camping gear in the side bags. Give yourself some time to get to know them before a trip as it takes a little exploring to figure out the strapping system. Everything stayed dry in a thunderstorm with strong wings. I didn't feel pushed around in wind gusts, unlike with hard bags I've used on the past. I look forward to years of use.
