TCG - Pro Grading Bundle - Gen 3 Black Label Metrics **PATENT PENDING**

This company supports their customers and stands behind their product 10000%. I got my order and it was the wrong color, and due to some freak of nature the package was full of ants! I messaged Black Label Metrics, no questions asked they said they are sending me a new shipment. I got my shipment, and they gave me a second unit for no charge! I dis not expect anything for free they didnt even want the wrong color unit back! What a first class company! They have a awesome product and even better customer support! A+++ company!

I do like this product. It is 3D printed. It's a bit on the raw side. I do understand the concept of imperfections in 3D printing, but I think this product could be a bit more polished, as I've seen various methods of smoothing the plastic, via heat, chemical or sanding. The base card holder and the face plate border grader have some slop so as to align to different sides of the card which is nice, because sometimes a certain side is harder to make out than the other. I'm hoping that this is a Gen 1. product with a second Gen to come that's better fitting, and more polished, but overall, good product.

This is a game changer. I was very pleasantly surprised how well made it is and how much easiet it is now to grade cards then trying to do it with the plastic sheet you lay ontop of the card. Great job!!
