I am not normally one for ruffles but this ruffle stole my heart! The shirt has a lovely neckline -- hard to find elsewhere -- and Pacific Stripe is such a lovely, subtle pattern. I haven't swum in the top yet, but I like that it can be worn both in the water and out.
