The bag arrived damaged due to poor packaging. I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service i received and although the bag arrived in poor condition and they were informed right away they tried to pass the blame onto me and tell me how i should store the bag and ignore the condition in which the bag arrived. Dissatisfied and disappointed
