Problems with fulfillment

Love the hot sauce. 5*. Problem comes in filling the order. First order had 2 of the wrong types of hot sauce. Replacement order only contained 1 of the 2 missing bottles.

Order Just Sat There

After I submitted this order, apparently they ran out of one type of sauce. So, my order just languished for two weeks until I finally emailed them. In a matter of minutes, we were able to substitute what was missing and get the order shipped. This company is hands-down my favorite hot sauce and because of this I discovered a new favorite sauce, so all is good, but I think they should have pre-empted my email and contacted me about running out. It's just good business I think. Live and learn. I'll be writing a 5-star review about my next order, I'm sure. They are very responsive. Their sauce is by-far the best. But TBH, this particular order was a bit of a fall-down.

Great. Love this sauce. My family complains if I run out. These packs make great gifts for any occasion!
