I have had extruder problems and the filament run out detector has caused failed prints due to binding. So far, only 5 out of 10 prints on average have been successful. I used spare parts from my K1 after upgrading to the CFS system to replace the extruder and filament run out detector and still having some failed prints. The prints that have successful turned out great!

The second print on the K1 MAX fouled the nozzle and extruder to the point I had to replace the nozzle. Since I had to take it apart to replace the nozzle, I decided to upgrade to color and bought the upgrade kit. Installing the upgrade kit, I found a frayed wire and the installed extruder circuit board does not have the proper female wire connections for the upgrade kit. It appears it is not the correct circuit board. I have contacted customer service several times trying to get a resolution. As of this date, I have not received any contact from customer service who "promised" to have support contact me. In all, the 14 days I have had the printer it has sat useless. I do not have any confidence in Creality at this point and I wasted alot of money!!! If Creality cared about their customers, they need to make it paramount to address issues/problems in a timely manner. I am very open for Creality to contact me anytime to discuss my issues. At least, I can only hope they will contact me.

I have to admit their customer support team is top notch. I have been debating to return it not because it is bad, but buyers remorse. I ended up keeping it. I hope that CS agents gets paid well.
