Spring Steel Platform Plate Kit for Ender-3V3 SE

It's fine. I thought it was "2" build plates instead of a mag decal and a plate but the original build plate had 2 bubbles 15mm in from the left middle edge. Just inboard of the homing boarder that should have been covered under the warranty. I reported the issue less than a week from receiving the printer. I was advised that I should contact the seller and not Creality. The advisor chatted with told me He could instruct me how to apply adhesive to secure it. But the coating on the build plate had dislodged and bonded to a print. How do you peel the textured off and apply adhesive to a plate that's less than 2 weeks old?? Anyway the coating kept peeling away more and more and the plate has> had rust between the coating and the spring steel. That's why I just bought another plate. No one seemed to be interested in after sales, under product warranty and a new customer. The new plate is being used and I inspected it for blemishes prior to use. My opinion is that it should have been replaced at no charge instead raising my frustration to the point of me just buying another plate. Thanks for asking for my review.

Prints like new again.

The plate was exactly the same as the one that came with the printer. I was having so much trouble getting prints to stick to the old one, no matter what I did. With the new plate, it prints like new again.

My first print stuck so well it peeled the surface off the build plate and destroyed it.
