The shirt is awesome great quality only thing wrong and reson i gave 4 stars is its not teue to size because the shirts are made in india example i ordered a 4xl and its actually the size of a 2 lxl in america. So order big if possible.

6ft 220lb.. XXL is good fit.. extra 10 pounds on me I may consider XXL.. love promoting the brand.. Best bars IMO..
