Product is okay, but service is poor

The product is okay, but I paid extra for expedited delivery but it was sent as standard post. I emailed to question why, but weeks later I still haven’t heard back.

Slipper update

Finally found the arch support insert. Been looking forward to it all winter. Nice bit of kit and I’m look in g to glue it down to minimise slipping. Couldn’t be happier.
