Great customer service

I ordered the Channel Fit Lite brackets for the Govee permanent outdoor lights. While placing the order I bought the priority 2 business day upgrade for shipping. However, this was during the shutdown and things were delayed. I sent an email to the company and they responded right away. Then the next day we received a second email saying they were going to pay for the shipping and refunded me on the priority mail fees. They definitely go above and beyond what other companies do for their customers. We have already referred this company to a couple friends and family members. Thanks again!
