The on off switch having to be in line but no way to remotely turn it on or off seems like an oversight. When I need a winch it's usually because I'm in a bind and having to get out, pop the hood, turn it on, then get back into the cab doesn't seem super convenient. I orded a relay so I can turn it on and off inside the cab. The instructions for the wireless remote are also lacking.
