This thing is very fast. I recommend to adjust suspension in the back. Take off fender and grab, turn left. But not too far. Then it works. It take some time to get used to faster speed, but suspension works well at high speed. If its softer, then it would bottom out. I.e, this is more for when you want to ride 50km/h consistently. Not that comfy for slower 30km/h rides. Its heavy, but I can lift it 3 steps up. But not something to carry full set of stairs daily for sure. This thing is massive amounts of fun to ride. Nothing comes even close if you want speed. Just keep it slow in the city to avoid trouble.
