Excellent construction. Has a zipper to access the fill within a separate bag. I can adjust the thickness by taking out fill that is not needed for comfort. I use it filled as it was delivered. I like it so much I bought a second one for the cabin. The height and firmness is ideal for my head and neck. it has two different sides—one for warmth and one for cool. I have tried use and having the choice enhances the value. Shipping was convenient even to Alaska.
