Beautiful bag

First, I want to say that customer service is exceptional! I started off with the Jackson bag, beautiful and well made. Unfortunately, too small for me. Then, I exchanged for the oversized Cabo. It was a bit too big. But very well made and loved it and kept it to use anyway. Unfortunately, after 2 weeks the strap started shredding apart. So I exchanged for the Boone bag. Again a bit too small for my needs. But with all 3 bags, customer service was friendly and helpful amd gave me no issues doing 2 exchanges that ended with a 3rd return for a refund. With all 3 bags I noticed the bags themselves were very well made and sturdy and had very sturdy liners. Unfortunately the straps on all 3 bags left a lot to be desired. They were pretty, but very thin for the price I paid for the bags. I even questioned if the straps were real leather. I did not receive a dust cover with the 1st and 2nd bag. But I did receive with the third bag. I did not receive the free charm with any of the bags. I think the bags are 5 star quality. But the straps are more of a 2 star quality with 5 star customer service department.

Beautiful color ! Perfect crossbody for a day of shopping or following the grandkids around at their sporting events!

Love it!

It's medium sized yet roomy because of the higher sides. I can put my matching wallet and matching small beck cosmetic bag inside too and still have room for my other stuff. I love it and did I mention it looks very good love the wide adjustable strap.
