Main thing is the shipping problem. Your website says 3-5 business days, but 13 days had gone by and nothing. Emailed to find out why, got an automated response. Waited couple more days, emailed again, same thing. Finally it shipped, took over 15 days to ship when it was in stock and was supposed to get here before Christmas and it didnt. Im pretty positive it still wouldn't have shipped if I hadn't emailed to see what was going on. And even with that, I never got an actual answer as to why it took so long for it to ship. Also, its definitely not worth the money I paid for, if I knew it would have been that kind of quality, wouldn't have paid more than 30 dollars for it. And lastly, did the free mystery gift box that was supposed to have a value of $20, and that was an absolute joke. It was a $2 towel. If that had been something I paid for, it definitely would have been returned. Will not order from this company again. Very disappointed.

I was worried when only one of the two play rugs arrived before Christmas. However, we were celebrating with the kids and grandkids on Jan 1, so I was happy when the second one finally arrived on 12/30. The boys played with their new tractors and play rugs all afternoon! Big hit! Thank you
