Grandstorm Retractable Vacuum Cleaner

Love this machine! Works great, and looks awesome hanging on the wall. My only complaint, would be with the template provided for the installation. We hung the machine on the wall in a corner, and used the template to put the holes for the screws. It was only after the machine was put on the wall we realized that there is a bracket that attaches to the side, where you place the wand when it is off. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough space for the bracket as we had installed the machine so close to the wall. Would be nice if the template had something on it depicting the bracket so you install it accordingly. Definitely a "first world problem", and overall very satisfied!

This is the second tool that I have purchased from Giraffe Tools. I already have the Grandfalls Retractable Pressure Washer. Very satisfied with both products. Makes life much easier when cleaning vehicles and garage. The vacuum I have only used a couple of times. Only concern that I have is that the auto recoil system is very strong. It takes quite a pull to get all the hose unrolled and the retract is very quick. I have contacted support to see if I can make an adjustment on the recoil. I also had a small problem with the Pressure Washer and support was exceptional. I'm sure I will hear back shortly on the recoil. In my opinion both products were a great purchase.
