Essential reading for runners
There were so many takeaways in this book and it has a very positive approach to food, the complete antithesis to so many other books that suggest restrictive diets. I am enjoying my food more than ever.

Fuel for Thought
This is an excellent resource for athletes, written in an approachable manner. There are many useful takeaways throughout the book. Highly recommended.

Great book
Renee has written a great book about nutrition and adventure. It is easy to read and relate to. Renee gives her personal story about running and eating / nutrition, recipes and gives us case studies. Loads of tips and ideas to keep running, keep well and keep going! Totally recommend this - thankyou Renee :)
