Bag ok changing mat far too small.

Bag ok looks well made but small. Changing mat is far too small. Will fit a newborn but any older and a waste of time. Not worth the money.

Good quality bag, is smaller than expected but I did not measure before ordering. Likely will not use until baby is bigger but may be useful for quick trips out

Beautiful bag - faulty connections

I received my Hiro bag and loved it, really perfect for our needs. Unfortunately the connections attaching the straps to the bag have broken after only a week or so. I have reached out to customer service and await their response UPDATE: customer service were so so helpful, a new strap was dispatched very quickly and arrived before I knew it! Communication throughout was superb and delighted my lovely bag is in full working order once more!! Perfect, thank you so much
